Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy focuses on reducing pain, restoring movement and improving function. We treat a wide range of conditions including joint injuries, muscle strains, ligament sprains, sports injuries, bone stress injuries, hip, knee, ankle, spinal and shoulder pain and issues related to hypermobility.
We offer individualised assessment and treatment plans to help you reach your full potential.
Our team bring the effective combination of clinical expertise, experience and a deep understanding of the unique physical and psychological demands of dance and sport to every treatment plan.
Whether recovering from injury, managing load, or working on performance optimization, we collaborate closely with athletes and artistic athletes to help them optimise their performance and thrive both in the studio, on the field, on the pitch and beyond.
Vocal physiotherapy is a specialised, hands‑on approach that helps your voice feel freer, stronger and more efficient. By releasing tension in the neck, throat and surrounding muscles, improving breath support and restoring healthy vocal mechanics, it supports clearer, more resilient voice use. It’s especially valuable for people who rely on their voice every day — singers, teachers, performers, coaches and public speakers — as well as anyone experiencing hoarseness, or vocal strain or fatigue.
We assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and developmental conditions, using age-appropriate, play-based and goal-focused rehabilitation to support recovery, participation and confidence in movement.
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle, hands‑on therapy that helps stimulate the flow of lymph fluid through the body’s lymphatic system. Using light, rhythmic movements, it supports the reduction of swelling, promotes healing after injury or surgery, and encourages overall fluid balance to help the body feel lighter and more comfortable. It can be used as part of a multidisciplinary approach for Lymphedema management.
